We want you to love what you wear — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@illiniumart.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or style? We accept exchanges for the same item (subject to availability). Please follow the same return steps above and mention the exchange details in your email.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
